The Lakeside Conference Centre provides a well-equipped, versatile and welcoming environment for all large-scale events, from conferences and exhibitions to major presentations and product launches.
Our centrepiece Sand Hutton suite can seat up to 250 delegates in a theatre-style configuration, with raked seating providing a clear view from anywhere in the auditorium.
Large meeting rooms
Ideal for conferences offering multiple workshops, focus groups and discussion sessions, each of our meeting rooms can be set out in boardroom, theatre, classroom style or U-shaped seating arrangements.
Advanced audio-visual equipment
Our conference facilities offer high-specification integrated audio-visual equipment, with state-of-the-art remote projection, DVD players and advanced sound systems.
Exhibition space
Our Atrium area at the heart of the conference centre provides space for up to 25 exhibition stands. This area can be used as a stand-alone exhibition venue or in conjunction with the conference facilities.
Full catering service
Our in-house catering professionals offer a variety of mouth-watering buffet options for lunch, as well as refreshments throughout the day.
Communication facilities
Need to keep in touch with the office? We can provide telephone and fax message services and Wifi internet access.
Discounted hotel rates
For delegates wishing to stay overnight, we have negotiated discounted rates at a number of excellent hotels in and around York. Please ask for details.
