Fera aims to support its staff by providing the services of a Welfare Officer. Our Welfare Officer is a fully qualified counsellor and is available to offer confidential support to staff with any emotional, health and social problems they may encounter either at work or at home. The Welfare Officer can offer advice and guidance on a wide range of issues including bereavement, debt, relationships, stress, sickness absence, retirement, alcohol and drugs misuse, childcare and other caring responsibilities. - Subsidised Sports and Social Club including on a gym on the Sand Hutton site.
